Job Description:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses.
• Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and treatments.
• Perform nursing procedures such as wound care, injections, and EKGs.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain electronic health records.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and efficient care delivery.
• Adhere to regulatory standards, policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety and compliance.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
• Active LPN license in the state of Nebraska.
• CPR certification required; additional certifications such as IV therapy may be preferred.
• 1 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a family practice or primary care clinic.
