Full-Time Medical Laboratory Technician -Â Huron, South Dakota
Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join the lab team of one of our trusted healthcare partners in Huron, SD. This is a full-time Generalist role with no phlebotomy required, offering a great opportunity for skilled lab professionals looking for career stability and professional growth.
Job Responsibilities:

Perform routine laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, microbiology, immunology, and blood bank

Analyze, interpret, and report test results accurately and promptly

Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
-
Ensure compliance with hospital and laboratory policies and procedures

Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care
-
Maintain detailed records and documentation to ensure quality control
Education & Certification Requirements:

Associate degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, or related field – Required
-
Certification by ASCP, AMT, or equivalent – Required

Must meet CLIA qualifications for high complexity testing

1+ year of generalist lab experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
