Full Time Manager – Cardiac Catheterization Lab - South of San Jose, CA

Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a leading medical center in San Jose, California to find an experienced Manager for the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. This is a key leadership role for a dynamic professional ready to oversee operations, ensure exceptional patient care, and drive departmental excellence in a state-of-the-art facility.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab, ensuring high-quality and efficient patient care.
- Manage and mentor a team of technologists, nurses, and support staff.
- Develop and implement protocols to maintain safety, compliance, and quality standards.
- Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and workflow for optimal lab performance.
- Ensure equipment maintenance and collaborate with biomedical staff as needed.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.
- Assist in budget preparation, supply management, and cost control.
- Serve as a clinical resource and participate in performing specialized procedures when needed.
Education & Certification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Required)
- RCIS or ARRT, California CRT, and Fluoroscopy license (Required)
- Current BLS/Healthcare Provider status per American Heart Association standards (Required)
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Electrophysiology Lab (Required)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Cardiac Cath technologist performing specialized procedures (Required)
- Proven ability to manage teams, drive operational improvements, and deliver exceptional patient outcomes
