Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients admitted to the medical-surgical unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, and assist with procedures as needed
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medications, and post-discharge care
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of New Mexico
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
