Full-Time OR Circulator Registered Nurse – East of Gallup, NM

Connected Health Care, a top recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a skilled Full-Time OR Circulator Registered Nurse to join a reputable healthcare facility located east of Gallup, New Mexico. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment while experiencing the scenic beauty and rich culture of the Southwest!

Position Overview:
The OR Circulator RN plays a critical role in the surgical team, ensuring that operating rooms are safe, well-prepared, and that patients receive the highest standard of care before, during, and after surgery.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain a sterile surgical environment

  • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists throughout procedures

  • Monitor patient safety and comfort during surgeries

  • Coordinate the care of the patient during the surgical experience

  • Document patient assessments, procedures, and outcomes

  • Educate patients and families on surgical processes and post-operative care

  • Ensure strict compliance with hospital safety and infection control protocols

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico or Compact State License

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification preferred

  • CNOR (Certified Perioperative Nurse) Certification preferred

  • 1+ years of Operating Room Circulator experience preferred
