Full-Time Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse – South of Watsonville, CA

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a passionate and experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a full-time position with a reputable healthcare facility located just south of Watsonville, California. Job Description:

  • Assist with pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care in the OR

  • Scrub and circulate during various surgical procedures

  • Monitor patients' vitals, condition, and safety throughout surgeries

  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs

  • Maintain a sterile environment and enforce infection control protocols

  • Document all surgical events accurately and timely

  • Provide education and emotional support to patients and families

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred)

  • CA RN license and BLS are required 
  • Cardiac Experience is a plus, Scrubbing experience is a plus. 
  • CNOR preferred
  • 3 years of experience is required.
