Job Description:

• Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide high-quality medical care to patients in need.
• Administer appropriate treatments and interventions according to established protocols.
• Safely transport patients to medical facilities while providing ongoing care and monitoring.
• Document patient interactions, treatments, and transport details accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and emergency response teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring readiness for emergency situations.

Education + Certification Requirements:

• Current certification/license as a Paramedic in the state of Iowa.
• CPR certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Certification as an EMT-P, completion of examination by the State of Iowa.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of emergency medical procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and adapt to changing environments.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
