Connected Health Care is partnering with a highly respected healthcare facility near El Dorado, Kansas to recruit a compassionate and experienced Perioperative Registered Nurse (RN). This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a modern surgical environment with a collaborative and supportive team.
Job Description:

Provide comprehensive nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures

Assist with patient preparation, including preoperative assessments and post-anesthesia care
-
Monitor patient status and vital signs throughout the perioperative process

Ensure surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and prepared
-
Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR staff
-
Maintain a sterile and safe operating room environment
-
Educate patients and families on surgical expectations and post-op care
-
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Education & Certification Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of Kansas
-
Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN or BSN) required

BLS and ACLS certifications required

CNOR certification preferred
-
Minimum 1 year of perioperative or OR nursing experience preferred

Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal communication skills
