Job Description
Connected Health Care, a reputable recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist for a position in Ashland, Ohio.
Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients based on individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct evaluations, establish goals, and implement effective interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of treatment.
- Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
- Adhere to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Ohio Physical Therapist (PT) License.
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Experience in outpatient or orthopedic settings preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Must have a home base local to Ashland, Ohio or surrounding areas within a 30-minute drive.
- Reliable transportation is required for travel to patient locations.
