Job Title: Full Time Physical Therapist
Location: Buena Vista, CO
Pay Scale: $75,500 - $112,000 per year (Depending on Experience)

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients with various musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments, goals, and medical history.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and functional abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to optimize patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercises, self-management strategies, and injury prevention techniques.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Colorado.
• CPR certification.
• Additional certifications or specialized training in areas such as orthopedics, neurology, or geriatrics are preferred.
