Full Time Physical Therapist – North of Santa Fe, NM
Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and motivated Full Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join a highly respected healthcare facility in the breathtaking town of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Position Overview
The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement patient-specific treatment programs to restore mobility, improve strength, and enhance overall quality of life. You will work closely with a supportive rehabilitation team and make a direct impact on patient outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients’ functional abilities and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to restore mobility, strength, and coordination
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and lifestyle adjustments
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
Education and Certification Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Current New Mexico Physical Therapist License (or ability to obtain)
- Current BLS certification required
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
