Full Time Inpatient Physical Therapist – Near Snowmass, Colorado
Connected Health Care is partnering with a respected healthcare provider in Snowmass, Colorado to recruit a Full Time Inpatient Physical Therapist (PT). This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and skilled Inpatient Physical Therapist in Snowmass, CO who is dedicated to helping patients recover mobility, regain strength, and return to independence following illness, surgery, or injury.

Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate hospitalized patients to determine functional limitations, mobility challenges, and rehabilitation needs
  • Develop and implement individualized inpatient physical therapy treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, gait training, and manual therapy
  • Assist patients with post-surgical rehabilitation, orthopedic recovery, neurological conditions, and acute care mobility
  • Educate patients and family members on recovery strategies, mobility techniques, and home exercise programs
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans to support optimal recovery outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and case managers to coordinate care and discharge planning
  • Document evaluations, treatment plans, and patient progress within the electronic medical record system
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and physical therapy standards
  • Support patients in improving strength, balance, endurance, and independence during hospitalization
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
  • Unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the State of Colorado
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Strong clinical evaluation and rehabilitation planning skills
  • Excellent patient communication and interdisciplinary teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy preferred
  • 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in inpatient or acute care settings
  • Experience with hospital-based rehabilitation and multidisciplinary care teams
