Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) – Clinton, NC
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (One Late Day 10:00 AM–6:30 PM Weekly)

Position Overview – Physical Therapist (PT)
The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent disability. This role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and promotes strong work-life balance.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Minimum of one late day per week: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
Physical Therapist (PT) Job Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Ensure compliance with all clinic policies, safety procedures, and professional standards
- Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care to diverse populations
Education & Certification Requirements
- B.S., M.S., or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy program required
- Active Physical Therapy license issued by the State of North Carolina required
- Annual certificate of licensure by the State of NC required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
