**Job Description:**
As a Registered Nurse in our Med Surg/ICU department, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care to patients in critical conditions. Your responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring and assessing patients' conditions, taking vital signs, and administering medications.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Performing specialized treatments and procedures under the guidance of medical professionals.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols.

**Education + Certification Requirements:**
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting.
- BSN degree preferred, but not mandatory.

**Position Details:**
- Full-time position with 3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts).
- Night shifts.
- Start date: September 16th.
