Connected Health Care is a premier recruitment and staffing agency, currently partnered with a respected healthcare provider in Boise, Idaho to find an experienced and motivated RN Infusion / IV Therapy Manager. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a Registered Nurse looking to take the next step in their career with a focus on infusion and IV therapy services.
Job Description:
- Manage daily operations of the infusion and IV therapy department
- Supervise and support clinical staff, ensuring high standards of patient care
- Coordinate patient services and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Oversee department scheduling, budgeting, and supply management
- Ensure regulatory compliance with all state and federal standards
- Provide hands-on patient care when needed
- Lead training and professional development for nursing staff
- Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Report directly to the Executive Director of Clinical Services
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Idaho or a compact state
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification highly desirable
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in infusion/IV therapy
- Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred

- Strong understanding of infusion therapy practices and protocols
- Proven leadership and team development abilities
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Passion for patient-centered care and clinical excellence
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
