Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Radiation Therapist to join a trusted healthcare partner in Payson, AZ. This is an exciting full-time opportunity to make a real difference in patient care while enjoying the charm and beauty of Northern Arizona.
Job Description
- Deliver radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by radiation oncologists
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain radiation therapy equipment with precision and safety
- Accurately position patients and ensure proper shielding for radiation treatments
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and families about treatment procedures and address concerns
- Maintain thorough and accurate treatment records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all radiation safety standards and regulations
Education and Certification Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy or related field
- Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy required
- Active Arizona state license required
- CPR certification preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered focus
