Job Description:

Administer targeted radiation therapy to cancer patients as prescribed by radiation oncologists

Accurately position patients and operate linear accelerators and other radiation therapy equipment
-
Monitor and record patient reactions and side effects, ensuring safety and comfort throughout treatment
-
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and dosimetrists to develop and adjust treatment plans
-
Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records per HIPAA and regulatory standards
-
Ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols and safety regulations
-
Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
Education and Certification Requirements:
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy or a related field
-
ARRT (T) certification required

Current Arizona state licensure (or eligible)

BLS certification required
-
Prior clinical experience preferred but open to new graduates with strong training

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
