Full Time X-Ray Technician – Palm Springs, CA

Job Summary:
Connected Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time X-Ray Technician for our esteemed client in Palm Springs, CA. As an X-Ray Tech, you will perform diagnostic imaging procedures to assist healthcare providers in diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures for patients.
• Position patients correctly to obtain accurate images while ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Ensure proper functioning of X-ray equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Maintain patient records and document procedures accurately in the healthcare system.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with radiation protection standards.
• Review and evaluate images to ensure they meet diagnostic quality.
• Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and answer questions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Education & Certification Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in X-ray.
• California Radiologic Technologist license (CRT).
• Current CPR certification.
• Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
