Full Time Registered Nurse – Rockford, Illinois

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is proud to partner with a respected healthcare organization in Rockford, IL to find a dedicated Full Time Registered Nurse. This role offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates—an incredible opportunity for an RN looking to advance their career and be rewarded for their expertise.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, high-quality patient care in accordance with facility policies and evidence-based nursing practices

  • Assess patient conditions, develop individualized care plans, and monitor progress

  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed

  • Collaborate closely with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and family members

  • Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records

  • Respond to emergencies quickly and effectively

  • Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions

  • Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and quality standards

Education & Certification Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)

  • Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)

  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred (new grads considered depending on department)

  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
