Connected Health Care, in partnership with one of the leading medical facilities near Toledo, OH, is seeking dedicated RNs for our Med/Surg and ICU departments. As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional patient-centered care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting the highest standards of medical excellence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver comprehensive patient care in the Med/Surg and ICU units
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administer medications, and implement care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient records and maintain a safe and clean environment
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times
**Education + Certification Requirements:**
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
- BSN degree from an accredited nursing program
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg and/or ICU nursing experience
