Full-Time Registered Nurse – North of Boise, ID
Connected Health Care is partnering with a leading healthcare provider in Boise, ID, to recruit a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN). This is an exciting opportunity to provide top-quality patient care in a supportive and professional environment.
Job Description:
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing care according to established protocols
- Monitor patient conditions and document vital signs, symptoms, and progress
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare team members
- Educate patients and families on care plans, disease management, and health maintenance
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control procedures
- Participate in care planning, quality improvement initiatives, and staff meetings
- Provide compassionate and patient-centered care across diverse patient populations
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Idaho
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 1 year of experience in acute care, long-term care, or outpatient settings
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
