Job Description:

Connected Health Care, in partnership with a leading healthcare facility, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Port Clinton, OH. This is a full-time position with a focus on Medical/Surgical and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and comprehensive patient care in a Critical Access Hospital setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administer medications, and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to hospital protocols and standards of care.

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of Ohio.
• General certifications required.
• Experience in Med/Surg and/or ICU preferred but not mandatory for consideration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work 3 12-hour shifts per week.
