Full-Time Registered Nurse Supervisor (LTC) **up to $104k/yr**

Job Description:
- Act as supervisor for nursing staff on shift
- Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to long-term care patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Utilize strong assessment skills to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
- Supervisor experience
- Infection Control experience preferred (training offered)
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
- LTC Experience Preferred
