Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time | Day or Night Shift | Up to $50/hr

Location: Odin, Illinois
Schedule: Full-Time | 3x12s | 36 Hours/Week | Rehab/Nursing Home Setting

Connected Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a respected long-term care / rehab facility in Odin, IL. This is a close-knit, community-based environment where staff, residents, and families build meaningful relationships. Position Highlights

  • Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

  • Shifts: Day or Night shift available

  • Setting: Rehab & Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care

  • Hours: 36/week (3x12s)

  • Compensation: Up to $50/hr depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a rehab/nursing home environment

  • Assess residents’ needs, develop individualized care plans, and update documentation accurately

  • Provide medication administration and treatment interventions per physician orders

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (CNAs, therapists, physicians, families)

  • Participate in resident care conferences and quality assurance initiatives

  • Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive care environment

Qualifications

  • Active RN License in the state of Illinois

  • ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

  • Previous experience in rehab, long-term care, or geriatric nursing preferred (not required — willing to train the right candidate)
