Full Time Travel CT/X-Ray Technician

Perm CT/X-Ray Tech – Dillon, Montana
We are seeking an experienced Travel CT/X-Ray Tech to join our team in Dillon, Montana. This is a Monday to Friday day shift position, with 1 weekend on call per month. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working in a small, close-knit community while enjoying a variety of medical imaging procedures.
Job Description:
- Perform CT scans and X-ray procedures as needed in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
- Ensure proper patient positioning, safety protocols, and radiation exposure protection.
- Maintain patient records, accurately documenting the procedures performed and any relevant patient information.
- Operate CT and X-ray equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality of machines.
- Assist in patient preparation, explaining procedures, and making patients feel at ease.
- Administer contrast agents as directed and monitor patients for any adverse reactions during CT procedures.
- Perform routine diagnostic X-ray imaging on patients with a variety of medical conditions.
- Participate in the on-call rotation, ensuring adequate coverage during weekends (1 weekend per month).
- Work with the medical team to provide efficient and accurate diagnostic imaging services.
Education & Certification Requirements:
- CT/X-ray certification from an accredited program.
- ARRT certification in both X-ray and CT required.
- Montana state license or compact license required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT/X-ray Tech.
- Experience in both CT and X-ray required.
