Job Description
- Perform high-quality ultrasound imaging and diagnostic procedures
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to interpret imaging results
- Prepare patients for exams, explaining procedures and ensuring comfort
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all regulatory compliance standards
- Ensure a sterile and safe environment by following proper infection control protocols
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
- Certifications: ARDMS certification (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) required
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience required
- General Scanning role, including Breast & breast diagnostics, vascular - highly preferable with experience in all areas.Â
- Skills:Â Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent patient-care skills
