Job Description

As an X-Ray/CT Tech, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality imaging services to patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray and CT equipment
• Positioning patients accurately and ensuring their comfort during the imaging process
• Operating and maintaining imaging equipment to produce high-quality images
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis
• Reviewing and evaluating images for technical quality and making adjustments as necessary
• Maintaining patient records and ensuring adherence to patient confidentiality guidelines
• Adhering to radiation safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• ARRT certification in Radiography and CT
• State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an X-Ray/CT Tech
• Proficiency in operating X-ray and CT equipment and associated software
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, radiographic positioning, and radiation safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative healthcare environment
