Full Time X-Ray Technician – Rancho Mirage, CA

Job Summary:
Connected Health Care is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time X-Ray Technician for our esteemed client in Rancho Mirage, CA. As an X-Ray Tech, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures to assist healthcare providers in diagnosing and treating patients. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays to assist physicians with patient diagnosis.
• Ensure all X-ray equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and ensuring comfort and safety.
• Assist in positioning patients to obtain the most accurate images.
• Process and evaluate X-ray images to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain patient records and accurately input data into the healthcare system.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and ensure compliance with all medical protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Education & Certification Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in X-ray.
• Current CPR certification.
• State of California Radiologic Technologist license (CRT).
• Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred.
