Job Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT and X-ray imaging for diagnostic purposes
- Operate and maintain CT scanners and X-ray equipment in accordance with safety protocols
- Work closely with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during imaging procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Follow hospital policies, radiation safety regulations, and HIPAA compliance
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in CT and X-ray imaging preferred
- Certifications (Required):
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT)
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
Skills: Strong knowledge of radiology protocols, patient positioning, and radiation safety
