Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse range of patients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Utilize evidence-based methods to ensure optimal patient recovery and outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care and progress.

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California.
• CPR certification required.
• Previous outpatient experience is preferred; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
