Full-Time Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist – Hobbs, NM

Job Description:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients

  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, educators, and family members

  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and outcomes

  • Provide parent/caregiver education and home exercise programs to support ongoing development

  • Participate in program development and community outreach efforts

  • Adhere to ethical, professional, and evidence-based standards of practice

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

  • Current New Mexico SLP license or eligibility to obtain

  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required

  • Pediatric experience preferred
