Full-Time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Lovington, NM
Monday – Thursday | 4x10s Schedule | 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Connected Health Care is partnering with a reputable outpatient pediatric clinic in Lovington, New Mexico to identify a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity that offers work-life balance with a 4-day workweek, competitive pay, and the chance to positively impact the lives of children in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Position Overview:
As a Pediatric SLP, you will provide speech and language therapy services to children with a variety of diagnoses in an outpatient clinical setting. You will work alongside a collaborative team of therapists and support staff who are committed to excellence in care.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in pediatric patients

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs

  • Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support patient success

  • Monitor progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as needed

  • Engage children in interactive, play-based therapy to encourage participation and progress

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • Active New Mexico SLP License or eligibility to obtain

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred

  • BLS Certification required

  • Pediatric experience preferred, including autism spectrum disorders, articulation delays, and language impairments
