Job Description:

• Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to create personalized treatment plans.
• Therapy Implementation: Implement therapy programs to enhance mobility, strength, balance, and overall physical function.
• Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaboration: Work alongside physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for continued recovery and injury prevention.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Degree: Graduate degree (Doctorate or Master’s) in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• License: Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Colorado.
• Experience: Prior experience in an outpatient clinic setting is a plus.
• Certifications: CPR/BLS certification is required.
