Full-Time Physical Therapist – Lake Arrowhead, CA
Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join one of our valued partner facilities in beautiful Lake Arrowhead, California. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced therapists and new graduates looking to grow their careers in a supportive and dynamic clinical environment.
This position is primarily outpatient-focused (90%) with occasional inpatient responsibilities, offering a well-rounded clinical experience.
Position Overview
The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients with a variety of physical conditions. You will work closely with a collaborative healthcare team to help patients restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure a high standard of patient care and customer service
Education & Certification Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
- Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of California
- CPR/BLS certification required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Outpatient experience is a plus, but not required
- Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
