Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join an inpatient rehabilitation team in Newton, KS. Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in an inpatient setting.
- Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to optimize patient care.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques, safety, and home exercises.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and evidence-based therapy techniques to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Education & Certification Requirements
- Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Kansas Physical Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification – Required
- Experience in an inpatient or acute care setting – Preferred
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, injury prevention, and mobility restoration
