This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Rad Tech seeking both professional growth and an unbeatable mountain lifestyle.
Position Overview
As a Radiologic Technologist, you will perform a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures while working closely with radiologists and medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
What You’ll Do
- Perform routine radiographic procedures, CT exams, and fluoroscopic procedures
- Conduct imaging for pediatric, adult, trauma, routine, portable, STAT, and surgical cases
- Assist radiologists with diagnostic CT procedures and accurately record information for physician dictation
- Ensure quality assurance of all imaging equipment, including tracking mechanical issues and initiating service requests
- Monitor inventory and imaging supplies, maintaining appropriate stock levels
- Assist radiologists and medical staff with special diagnostic procedures using safe equipment operation practices
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of imaging orders, exam requests, and patient consents
Education and Certification Requirements
- California Registered Radiologic Technologist license required
- California Registered Fluoroscopy permit required
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
- CT, X-ray, and Fluoroscopy experience required
