Key Responsibilities:

• Operate X-ray imaging equipment to capture diagnostic images as requested by physicians.
• Prepare and position patients for X-ray procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with medical staff to interpret and analyze imaging results.
• Maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment to ensure accurate and high-quality imaging.
• Adhere to safety protocols and radiation protection standards.
• Document patient information, imaging results, and procedural details accurately.
• Assist with patient care and answer any questions regarding procedures.

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography.
• State licensure as required by Nevada.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an X-Ray Technologist in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities.
