Job Description:

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Provide therapy services to patients of all ages, focusing on improving communication skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current NM state licensure in Speech Language Pathology (or eligibility).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required.
• BLS required.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
