Job Description:

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients' speech, language, and communication disorders to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Therapy Implementation: Provide direct speech and language therapy services to patients of all ages.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive patient treatment.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on techniques and activities to support ongoing therapy at home.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Graduate Degree: Graduate of a professional course of education in speech, hearing science, and language development culminating in a minimum of a master's degree.
• Montana State License: Valid Montana state license or equivalent in Speech/Language Pathology services.
• Certification: Certification by the American Speech/Language/Hearing Association (CCC).
