Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Near Rapid City, South Dakota

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a highly respected healthcare partner near Rapid City, SD. If you're a dedicated PTA looking to make an impact in a supportive and patient-focused environment, this opportunity is for you!

Job Description:

  • Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function

  • Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other rehabilitative interventions

  • Monitor and document patient progress and communicate updates to the physical therapist

  • Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and exercises

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of treatment areas and equipment

  • Adhere to HIPAA and all relevant healthcare regulations

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

  • Active PTA license in South Dakota (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Current CPR/BLS certification

  • Prior experience preferred but not required – new grads welcome!
