Human Resources Director
 

Connected Health Care is partnering with a hospital near Opp, Alabama to hire a Human Resources Director to lead their team in an innovative and creative way. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take their career to the next level and join a top employer in the state.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, direct, implement, and evaluate all HR-related programs and activities for the hospital
• Develop, review, and apply HR policies and procedures
• Maintain effective employee relations programs and education
• Administer the hospital's compensation and benefit programs
• Design effective recruitment and retention programs
• Maintain personnel records
• Ensure regulatory and accrediting organization standards are met
• Mentor HR department associates to create growth opportunities and professional development

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of progressive managerial experience
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
• PHR and SPHR certifications strongly preferred
