- Other Requirements: Proficiency in EMR systems, ability to manage 5-6 visits per day, reliable transportation within a 30-mile radius, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently

- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions within the EMR system (Matrix)
- Execute patient visits efficiently, managing 5-6 visits per day in accordance with productivity expectations
