Job Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic services to patients in their homes, following treatment plans developed by licensed Physical Therapists.
• Monitor and document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team.
• Assist patients in regaining independence and improving quality of life through personalized treatment.
• Educate patients and families on proper therapeutic techniques and home exercises.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current PTA license in the state of Texas.
• CPR certification.
• At least one year of experience in Home Health preferred.
• Reliable personal vehicle with a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
