Job Description:

As an RN in our home health care facility, you will:

• Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, providing timely updates and interventions as needed.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Michigan.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
