What You'll Do:
- Manage all budgeting activities for multiple physician practices, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses to support operational decision-making
- Collaborate closely with physicians, office managers, and practice managers to optimize financial performance
- Serve as a key partner to the CFO and finance team in analyzing financial trends and reporting
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in healthcare business analytics and accounting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with medical and administrative staff
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working within a healthcare or medical practice setting
- Knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, or reimbursement processes
- Familiarity with budgeting software and healthcare analytics platforms
Preferred Education and Experience:
- No minimum experience required; suitable for someone at a mid to senior level who has relevant healthcare analytics and accounting background
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work standard business hours (8 am - 5 pm)
- Must be comfortable working in an individual contributor capacity
- Located in or willing to work in Sandusky, Ohio
