Job Description
Title: Hybrid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Laveen Village, AZ
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a full-time basis, providing hybrid services to clients in Arizona. As a hybrid SLP, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with communication disorders, language challenges, and speech difficulties through remote sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Provide virtual therapy sessions, monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to therapy.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Stay abreast of advancements in speech-language pathology to enhance therapeutic strategies.
Requirements:
- Valid AZ state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA certification preferred.
- Proven experience in virtual therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
