Connected Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Psychologist to join our client's educational team in Tarrant County, Texas. This is a part-time, hybrid position, offering flexibility while making a meaningful impact on the lives of students. The contract length is 27 weeks with weekly compensation up to $65/hr, commensurate with experience.

As a School Psychologist, you will have the opportunity to work with students in a supportive, dynamic educational environment, utilizing your expertise to help students achieve their best. This role is ideal for someone passionate about student success and who thrives in a collaborative, flexible work setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments to evaluate student learning needs.
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement intervention plans.
  • Assist in the development of IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) and conduct related assessments.
  • Support the school's overall mental health program and crisis intervention strategies.
  • Provide consultation on behavioral interventions and mental health concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
  • Valid Texas School Psychologist Certification (LSSP) or ability to obtain.
  • Knowledge of Texas state regulations regarding school psychology practices.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Experience with IEP development, behavioral assessments, and counseling preferred.
