Critical care unit in a supportive, collaborative environment
Job Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality patient care in the ICU and Medical Surgical floor

Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and respond to emergencies

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
-
Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols
Qualifications:
-
Active RN license in the state of Ohio
-
Minimum of 1 year total RN experience with at least 6 months in ICU
-
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
-
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
-
Previous travel experience is a plus
