**About the Role:**

As an Occupational Therapist, your role is crucial in providing high-quality care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will evaluate, plan, direct, and administer occupational therapy treatments as prescribed by a licensed physician, offering care to patients of all age groups. Coordinating, delegating, and supervising responsibilities assigned to supportive staff, you'll demonstrate effective resource utilization, contributing to operational stability within the organization.

**What You Will Do in This Role:**

- Evaluate, plan, direct, and administer occupational therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician.
- Provide age-specific direct care services to patients of all ages.
- Coordinate, delegate, and supervise responsibilities assigned to supportive staff.
- Demonstrate effective resource utilization for operational stability.

**Additional Responsibilities:**

- Communicate and assist in problem resolution.
- Participate in performance improvement and program growth.
- Engage in infection control, departmental equipment training, organizational safety, and fire safety programs.

**Job Qualifications:**

- Graduate of a 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- License to Practice Occupational Therapy in Florida.
- BLS Certification.
