Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher from an accredited program
- Certifications Requirements: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (preferred), Telemetry Certification (preferred)
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience in a hospital setting
- Other Requirements: Ability to work night shifts, flexibility to float between units (Founders 9 and City 14), strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication skills, ability to handle high-pressure situations
